The session will explore 3 areas of audience development including research, marketing tools and methodologies and sustainability, which will allow participants to learn and discuss how strategic research work is integral to tailored marketing laying the foundation for meaningful audience sustainability. The session will be a mix of presentation, examples, discussion and participatory exercises.
