ART-CELL (Steve - and in this case Melissa)) is holding its own big draw event in Hinckley Market. !000 postcard sized cards for the public to scribble, doodel,draw, write or otherwise deface artistically in order to take part in a national arts event. Starts around 9.00 and ends either when stock runs out or 4.00 p.m., whichever comes sooner. Funded by Hinckley & Bosworth Council.
