Project 20 is a 2 year programme of debate, provocations and practice led projects that raise ethical and aesthetic questions about quality in participatory or socially engaged arts work with people. The project will be toured and published in the region and Salamanda Tandem have a good network of academic publications, experienced artists and academics from the region and beyond, who will be making contributions. EMPAF are supporting the project with this online forum for contributions and debate.
