Collective Encounters, a Liverpool based theatre company, is seeking an experienced and talented Outreach Manager to support the successful delivery of the three-year arts and homelessness project, Transitions. As Outreach Manager you will coordinate and facilitate workshops, manage volunteers and freelance support workers and work closely with the Creative Producer to ensure all activities are in line with recommendations made by the steering committee. The successful candidate will have excellent workshop skills, the ability to communicate with extremely vulnerable people and knowledge of either Open College Network accreditation or similar.

Contract terms: This is a permanent contract with an expected start date of 1st February 2012.

Hours: 18.5hours per week, 52 weeks of the year

Remuneration: £25, 000 pro rata (actual salary £12, 500 subject to tax and national insurance contributions)

Holiday: 25 days pro rata (actual 12.5 days)
