Junction Arts is seeking a dynamic, enterprising, creative and experienced person to lead the organisation into the next exciting phase of its development. Over 30 years JA has built a strong track record of arts development in the rural district of Bolsover, and is currently extending its work beyond the district boundaries. This new post requires someone who possesses a sound working knowledge and experience across the creative, business and organisational aspects of participatory arts, and has the ability to lead and develop the staff team and board.
