Arts programme 2010 - The Baring Foundation The Arts programme 2010 is now open. This year the Baring Foundation is introducing a new theme for this programme: organisational development funding for arts organisations in the UK already producing and presenting arts made by older people. Newark and Sherwood's Visible programme is mentioned as is First Taste alongside the work of High Peak Community Arts, Dance 4, Lincolnshire Dance and Charnwood Arts.
