Charnwood Arts is busy organising its 30th annual Picnic in the Park. This will take place on Bank Holiday Monday, 31st May from Noon in Queen's Park, Loughborough.

The event will feature live music, dance acts, storytelling, circus and street theatre plus the usual array of food and children's games. We are now
looking for a small number of stalls to complete the picture.

Standard space allocated for each stall is 6ft frontage and you will need to bring your own stall / table / small tent / matting / chairs. Stalls are
offered free of charge but any donations on the day would be appreciate.

There will be no electricity on the day and vehicles will not be allowed on site (though there is free parking close by and there will be plenty of
staff to assist). Set-up is from 9-11am and the event finishes at 4.30pm.
