Adil Jaffer is a children and young people’s creative practitioner based in the East Midlands. Adil has experience of working as a freelance graphic/illustrative design artist and also has several years experience working with children and young people, including delivery of visual arts and graphic design workshops.

A BSc Honours Degree in Mathematics has provided a stimulus for much of Adil’s creative practitioner work. He aims to inspire creativity and excitement in learning mathematics amongst children and young people. Recently, this has included practitioner work as part of the Ignition* Come Alive with Science programme, a maths/arts collaboration with a Year 4 group at Leicester primary school and also work on an innovative maths and graphic design project in a Nottinghamshire secondary school.
