Pip (44) grew up in Melton but left to study fine art in Birmingham when she was 18. She moved back after becoming disabled and unable to keep working in arts/equality development /training12 years ago.

"I can paint in short bursts at any time, day or night, when I’m up to it, says Pip. “All my activities are restricted by constant pain and limited energy but by doing things bit by bit when I feel I can means that I get there in the end.”
