Engaging Minds Through Arts. Using drawing, painting, sculpting, acting, film making, storytelling, poetry and any mix of all forms of arts in order to engage young, old, and inbetweeners in the process of communicating ideas in order to improve their lives and the lives of others. The emphasis is on fun over technique and, anyone aged between 11 - 25 can also engage in the Youth Arts Award which, at bronze level is worth up to a C grade in GCSE and the silver award up to the A grade of a GCSE.

ART-CELL organises community arts such as The BIG DRAW (engaging with a national event) and other self initiated endeavours.

ART-CELL promotes arts in all its forms and engages, via its freelance practitioners, in the production and exhibition of them too.
